Code Enforcement Board

The City of Eustis Code Enforcement Board is committed to preserving the quality, safety, and appearance of our community. As an independent, citizen-based body, the Board is responsible for reviewing and addressing potential violations of city codes and ordinances. Our goal is to ensure compliance through fair and consistent enforcement, supporting a clean, safe, and vibrant environment for all who live, work, and visit Eustis.

We work in partnership with residents, businesses, and city departments to resolve code issues and promote neighborhood pride and civic responsibility.

Meetings: Meetings held at 3:00 p.m. on the 2nd Monday of each month in Commission Chambers in City Hall located at 10 N. Grove Street, Eustis, FL.
