Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)

The Eustis Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is dedicated to revitalizing and enhancing the heart of our city. Established to foster economic growth, eliminate blight, and improve the overall quality of life, the CRA focuses on targeted investment in key areas of Eustis, including downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Through strategic planning, public-private partnerships, and infrastructure improvements, the CRA supports a vibrant, walkable, and economically thriving community that honors our city's rich history while looking toward a bright and sustainable future.

Explore how the CRA is helping shape a better Eustis — for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
